i better do this now

today is super unforntunate.
i had to reach school by 7am.
then the mini van fetched us to the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
we were ushers for the 125th anniversary for the Presbyterian churches in S'pore. we practically did nothing, except to attend the whole 2 and a half hours service. we sat behind the VIPS where every1 could see us.
i just ushered some1 from perhaps thailand? out to the restaurant then end le.
then Ms Chin said we could go le. so sally n i left. we walked aimlessly then suddenly it rained. actually we wanted to go to suntec but it is across the river. we were drenched and my gb uniform was soaked. when we were abt to give up waiting at the bus stop, bus 16 came. we took it all the way to Marine Parade. we passed by CHIJ Katong girls school, victoria JC and tao nan sch. then the worst part came, the bus we took was wrong! it U turned back to where we came. Hence we quickly dropped off at Katong. we were practically stranded. we were so hungry we had to eat 1st so we ate by the roadside in our uniform. i ate hokien mee sally ate char kuey teow. so full lor. then we took taxi to nearest mrt payalebar. we were finally safe. i hate being lost. then on the train bk we saw Kah Liang boarding the train at dont knoe which stop..coulnt be bothered. luckily we got a seat all the way bk to semb. Home sweet home.

today during assembly a crazy fellow shouted in the microphone when he was punished and there wasnt any teachers around. he said,"VERY FUNNY AR??" then to his surprise a sec 1 boy who was oso punished answer:"YA!" The boy blew his top and came down to fight with the sec 1 lad. For goodness sake will they be more matured? the boy was in sec 3 or 4! ok...nvm...so freaked out that my school has such people... can someone reassure me?

anyway, while going to get my books on my way back from the home econs room i saw something hanging from the ceiling...at 1st i thot it was those giant moth...then i saw 2 eyes staring at me! ok it was a baby bat... before i could say hi, it flew away...awwwww!

the best part of the day was when i got to see some real drama @ Sunplaza... my mom and i were eye witnesses...ok heres what happened... this wife has a son with a husband yet this idiotic husband was with another younger girl! the wife was of course outraged...she screamed and shouted in chinese, saying HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO YOUR WIFE AND SON? I GAVE U A CHANCE!!! ok the worst part was even b4 the dispute btw husband n wife take place, the 3rd party fled away down the lift out of sight! (this really proved her guilty of committing such a sin) i couldnt believe it the husband looked so useless and ugly how could any1 fall 4 him? OK i loved this part...the wife slapped the husband in front of public and her son just outside SEMBAWANG music store. i was less than 2 metres away...so could hear everything clearly...their conflict blah blah...then they left...the wife still mad and hot wif anger....can u believe that SUCH A MAN exist on EARTH ???? He sinned against God and i think he should deserved more than just a bashing. Anyway better not think so much liao...next time when u marry any1 see whether he is a flirt or not...make sure he is not those good- for- nothing- pathetic -jerk- who- is -brainless- like- a- total -fool- and -idiot -that -just- like- to- womanize -and -not -treasure- what- he -has sort! Isnt this quite unusual ??? thats why i blogged today

What does total defence mean to me? Why is total defence important to Singapore?

Total defence means to me that as a young nation with a small population, we cannot afford to maintain a regular armed forces. Thus, we need to involve every Singaporean to multiply our defence capability. There are 5 different aspects of Total defence: Military, civil, psychological, economic and social. Military defence is about deterring aggression, being operationally ready and being able to meet all kinds of challenges. Civil defence is about knowing what to do during civil emergencies and being vigilant and alert at all times. Psychological defence is about having pride in, and being loyal and committed to our country. Economic defence is about staying relevant and competitive through rapid change and development. Finally, social defence means Singaporeans of all races and religions living and working together in perfect harmony. :)

Total defence is important because Total Defence provides the framework for a comprehensive and integrated response to deal with all kinds of threats and challenges. Whether it is a security threat such as global terrorism, or a national crisis like SARS, Total Defence brings together all relevant government agencies, private sector organisations and all Singaporeans in a total effort to deal with threats and challenges to Singapore’s continued survival and success.

Everyone has a part to play.

How important is it to have Singaporeans writing plays for Singaporeans? Give reasons to support your answers.

It is relatively important for Singaporeans to write play for their country beacause I find that not many people here do not know how to enjoy and appreciate dramas at the arts theatre, etc. In my perspective, I do not think that you need to have a taste for arts to enjoy a play. As long as the plays written are interesting and captivating, audience will appreciate the scriptwriter's work. Many plays have been written over the years since Shakespeare's time, but I seldom hear of plays written by our local scriptwriters. Recently though, more news have appeared in the newspaper and more people begin to get interested in watching plays. Scriptwriters such as Royston Tan deserve lots of credit I reckon because people like him are hard to come by these days. I hope that there'll be more Singaporeans who will be like him and take up the interest in writing plays and do our nation proud. Plays are important in the sense that they can allow the audience to learn basic morals in lives. Some of the plays do occur in our everyday lives sometimes. Hence, more people should support local plays.
